The Phrasebook Playbook is a digital product (PDF guide with linked video content) delivered instantly by email after payment. No physical item is shipped.

License

When you purchase the Product, you're granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use it for your own learning. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, or upload the Product (or its contents) anywhere else.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are listed in USD. By completing checkout, you authorize the charge shown at checkout.

Refunds

Purchases are covered by our 30-Day Refund Policy.

No guaranteed results

The Product teaches techniques and exercises to help you improve your mixing. Your results depend on practice and effort - we don't guarantee any specific outcome.

Intellectual property

All content in the Product - text, diagrams, video, and branding - is owned by us and protected by copyright. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.

Limitation of liability

The Product is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Product.
